Holiday Inn Express & Suites Madison - Verona, an IHG Hotel

I’ve been coming to this Holiday Inn Express in Verona for the past 15 years while attending Epic training. While it’s nothing overly fancy, it has always been consistently clean and comfortable. What really sets this hotel apart, though, is the outstanding customer service. The staff go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The evening happy hours are a great way to unwind after a long day of training, and the convenient shuttle service makes getting to and from Epic stress-free.

Have had an all around excellent extended stay for a work trip. Receptionist Isaac has been incredibly helpful and kind, navigating some last-minute booking adjustments with grace and ease.

These guys are awesome. I didn't expect so high level of service. they call me in the evening and offered a shuttle from Epic to the airport! I didn't even expect. Really convenient location. shuttle TO and from Epic every 10 mins.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Verona, WI and had a fantastic experience. The staff truly made the stay exceptional—Manager Maddie went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Her kindness and professionalism stood out and made a lasting impression—she’s an incredible asset to this organization. Isaac was also extremely courteous and friendly, and a pleasure to interact with throughout our stay. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The complimentary breakfast each morning was a great bonus—plenty of tasty options to start the day right. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment we checked in, Brandon & Fabian made us feel extra special! They were very friendly & welcoming & delivered great customer service. The rooms were clean & spacious. The beds were very comfortable to sleep in. The hotel is in a great location and we didn’t have a bunch of noise late at night or early hours. Breakfast staff were friendly when we needed some assistance. Breakfast itself was good too! We’re very happy with our experience here and would return again!

Excellent in every aspect! The staff was amazing. They catered to our every need. The place looked and smelled incredibly clean. The rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean. The pool and hot tub area were both equipped for wheelchair access, with lifts in both areas. The hot tub was large and worked well. The breakfast area was clean and welcoming. With a fireplace and plenty of areas to sit and comfortably eat and converse. The food was very good with a large array of choices including a pancake making machine. The location was safe and easy to access within 10 minutes of downtown Madison. It is a greatvchoice for business or pleasure.

Love coming to my favorite hotel in the Midwest. Everything in the room works, and the electrical outlets are strategically placed where you need them. The room is well-cleaned, and when you check-in, you'll meet one of the welcoming staff, including: Fabian, Kiley, or Maddie. I get sad when I leave, cause I know any other place might be a downgrade

We've stayed at 7 different hotels around Madison in the past year. This hotel, Holiday Inn Verona, was by far the best across the board. We stayed with two kids and they enjoyed the pool. Every single employee was super friendly, attentive, and committed to quality. Everything was clean, everything worked, everything was smooth. Maddie was spectacular and super helpful with some questions we had about the area. Fabian helped us with some questions as well and was very friendly. I wish I could recall the name of the woman running the breakfast area, I could tell she was very attentive to her area while also keeping things clean and orderly.
